How Do I Install The ClickDesigns Or GrooveDesignerPro WordPress Plugin?

STEP 1:

Once you log into your ClickDesigns (or GrooveDesignerPro) account, your dashboard will present you with five different buttons. From left to right, they allow you to join the ClickDesigns Facebook group, visit the ClickDesigns YouTube channel, install the WordPress plugin, activate the Chrome Extension, and contact support. Today, we're going to learn how to install the WordPress plugin.

On your ClickDesigns dashboard, find the button that reads, "Install WB Plugin" and click on this.

STEP 2:

Once you click on the button, this will then redirect you to a new tab that opens up WordPress. Here, click on the "Download" button to download the ZIP file to install it to your website or blog so you can then activate the plugin.

STEP 3:

In the future, when you log in to your WordPress dashboard, you can click on "Plugins" on the left side, choose "Add New," head to the right, type in "ClickDesigns," and you can see the plugin available within the WordPress directory. From here, you can either install or activate it.

STEP 4:

If you install or activate the ClickDesigns (or GrooveDesignerPro) plugin from here, then, you can click on "Installed Plugins" on the left side of the directory and select "Enable Auto-Updates" for ClickDesigns (or GrooveDesignerPro). This means that every time the plugin is updated, the latest version will be updated in your WordPress.

STEP 5:

The plugin's features include Image Optimization and Filter Agency Designs. Once you drag in an Image Element, go to "Media Library," and in the ClickDesigns tab, if you're on the Agency account, you can click on the drop-down menu to filter designs by team members.

Next to this option, another drop-down menu allows you to choose either a PNG, JPG, or WEBP image format. When you choose a format and select your design, it will then load into the Media Library with the said format.

WEBP, for instance, compresses your images, reduces the file size, helps your pages load faster, and maintains the quality of your images.

STEP 6:

After your design is loaded into the Media Library, you can enter in the "Alt Text," click on "Select," then, choose the "Update" button on the top-right corner.

Once updated, click on the pop-up that reads "View Page," and when you right-click the image or design you just added in a new tab, you'll be able to see the image format in the browser.
